I’m a Delivery Lead with a passion for building scalable projects, empowering teams, and ensuring customer success. My career started in Quality Assurance, where I built departments, streamlined manual testing, and set up automation practices, but today, QA is just the solid foundation that allows me to deliver complex projects with precision and confidence.

In my current role, I’ve designed and launched a fully operational HelpDesk from scratch, ensuring seamless client communication, expectation management, and system reliability. I thrive at the intersection of people management and process leadership: I motivate teams, create structure, and keep delivery sharp, all while staying deeply engaged in the technical side when needed.

With hands-on experience in automation, workflow orchestration, and tools like n8n, I bridge the gap between strategy and execution, making sure that big ideas don’t just stay on paper but become reality.

I hold an MBA from Moscow State University and am currently pursuing CAPM and PMP certifications to further strengthen my leadership expertise. My mission is clear: to deliver projects that matter, drive measurable business value, and lead teams to success.
